Insight sharing and improving our group’s overall learning experience were the main goals of our second Mentorship Session, which OTB facilitated. Partners from Estonia, the Czech Republic, and France, as well as engaged workshop attendees, gathered to discuss the outcome of local workshops.
In this session, we learned and comprehended important information:
Partners engaged in frank discussions about their individual workshops, providing insights on what went well and what could be improved. In addition to offering insightful criticism, this discussion stimulated creative thinking for the next sessions.
A noteworthy aspect was the sharing of concepts to improve our workshop model. Every recommendation, from participant engagement techniques to instructional methodologies, helped us achieve our common objective of providing memorable educational experiences.
This mentorship session also set the stage for our upcoming event, the Evaluation Seminar in Tallinn. This seminar, which is planned for the 24th until the 28th, is a significant stage in our project review procedure.
We are sincerely grateful to each and every participant for their commitment and active participation. By working together, we can make steady progress toward our goal of improving education throughout Europe.
