The AccessibleMarket project is creating new opportunities for adults with disabilities to build confidence, gain practical skills, and explore entrepreneurship. Through cooperation between partners in Poland, Cyprus, Italy, and Portugal, we are developing a series of inclusive learning modules that combine digital education, creativity, and social innovation.
Our learning modules are designed to be easy to use, engaging, and adaptable for different needs. They focus on:
- Module 1 – Empowering Opportunities (CESIE, Italy)
Explores how to recognise personal strengths, overcome barriers, and build pathways toward meaningful work and community involvement. - Module 2 – Harnessing Resources (Gminny Ośrodek Kultury w Wiśniowej Górze, Poland)
Guides learners in identifying and using local and digital resources to support small projects and entrepreneurial ideas. - Module 3 – Creating Impact (Connect Your City, Cyprus)
Encourages participants to design initiatives that create positive change, combining teamwork, creativity, and community engagement. - Module 4 – Digital Tools and Skills for Accessible Entrepreneurship (Out of the Box Europe, Portugal)
Introduces practical digital tools that make communication, collaboration, and entrepreneurship more accessible for everyone.
These modules are being co-created with learners, educators, and community organisations, ensuring that they are practical and truly inclusive for everyone.
Participants include adults with disabilities, VET trainers, and local stakeholders who bring their experience and knowledge to each stage of the process. Together, they are shaping materials that can be used in classrooms, workshops, and community learning spaces.
The testing and implementation phase will begin in late 2025, when pilot sessions will take place in each partner country. Feedback from these sessions will help us refine the materials before their wider release in 2026.
