OTB Europe is excited to announce that the SPARK project was approved!
SPARK: Enhancing Political Participation for Youth with Disabilities
The SPARK project aims to bridge the gap in democratic engagement for young Europeans with intellectual and psychosocial disabilities. Despite significant progress in promoting inclusivity, these individuals often face barriers to exercising their democratic rights, particularly in the context of the upcoming European Parliament elections.
Spark project aims to advocate for policy changes to support political engagement among disabled youth, raise awareness and develop tailored programs to empower youth organizations, foster inclusion and diversity, align with core EU values and promote civic engagement.
With 7 partners involved across 6 countries over 24 months, SPARK plans to make a significant impact on the political landscape for young Europeans with disabilities.
We are thrilled about the potential impact of these projects and look forward to working together to achieve these important goals.
