On November 7th, we held our second SPARK Workshop in collaboration with APPDA Açores, who kindly hosted the session at their facilities.
The workshop brought together a diverse group of organisations and institutions, including the Associação de Paralisia Cerebral de São Miguel, Seara do Trigo, and Escola Secundária das Laranjeiras.
We were also honoured to welcome Sónia Nicolau and Rodrigo, representatives of the Ponta Delgada for All movement. Rodrigo, who is deaf, shared his personal perspective and experiences as a young person with a disability, offering valuable insight to everyone present.
Finally, we received an important contribution from Cristina Tavares, Councillor of the Municipality of Ponta Delgada, who reinforced the relevance of promoting participation and inclusion in local decision-making.
We extend our sincere thanks to all participants for their enthusiasm and engagement.
