We are thrilled to announce that our project, ‘Museum and Restoration Volunteering for Inclusion’ – MARVI, has officially been accepted and granted funding!
Starting from November 1st, 2024, until October 2027, the MARVI project will commit to making European museums more inclusive and accessible to everyone.
This initiative brings together a passionate team of experts, including Dr Malika Ouacha and Prof. Lucas Meijs from the University of Rotterdam, who will lead efforts to redefine how museums and restoration practices can engage diverse communities.
We aim to break down barriers, foster inclusivity, and ensure that cultural heritage is accessible to everyone, regardless of background or ability.
We look forward to the development of this project!
