On the 19th and 20th of September, the second Transnational Partnership Meeting (TPM) of the Skills4Retail project took place in Dublin, Ireland. The event brought together the partnership for a two-day session focused on strategic planning, curriculum development, and community engagement within the retail sector.
The first day kicked off in a hybrid format, allowing both in-person and remote participation for the partners who could not join. The morning began with an introduction and project status update.
The afternoon included a review of the first-year expenditure and a critical discussion on Reactive Urgent Training. Participants explored various training modules and strategies to achieve the project’s key performance indicators (KPIs).
The second day of the meeting was conducted in person, with a strong focus on strategic planning and future actions.
As the project moves forward, the insights and decisions from this meeting will play a crucial role in shaping the future of retail skills development across Europe.
