OTB is thrilled to announce the development of the e-course under Work Package 4 (WP4), a key part of our project aimed at enhancing competencies in sustainable tourism, entrepreneurship, and business finance. This e-course is an important result of our project, directly contributing to our broader objectives by equipping participants with the skills they need to succeed in these fields.
The e-course is being crafted to provide comprehensive training across three critical areas of Sustainable Tourism Services in Rural Areas, Entrepreneurship Issues, and Business Finance.
The partnership is developing 30 learning units. The course structure is flexible, accommodating learning during work hours, breaks, or free time, and allowing participants to focus on areas where they need the most development.
In regards to the tools used to deliver these educational e-courses, the partners are developing Video Lectures, Podcasts and TikTok Lectures. This approach ensures that learners can engage with content in a way that suits their schedules and learning preferences.
All course content and materials will be seamlessly integrated into our project’s web platform, ensuring easy access and ongoing support for learners. This integration will further enhance the course’s visibility and usability, making it a vital resource for all participants.
The WP4 e-course is a strategic initiative designed to empower young individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in rural tourism, entrepreneurship, and business finance.
